Should you avoid fruits with seeds if you have stones in Kidney?
Fruits with seeds make fibre in your diet and are mostly not absorbed & excreted as such therefore they are not bad for Stone patients as seeds do not cause stones. 
Overall fruits are high in fibre and Antioxidants and positive nutrients. Specially Citrus family fruits like Lime oranges sweet lime fruits help in reducing stone formation and Recurrence.
Should you drink RO Water for Kidney Stones?
RO water is purified of many essential minerals which also act and preventers of stone formation.
High TDS in Water (hardness) has not shown any increased risk for stone formation. Ideally TDS of water for drinking should be between 200-350.
In fact, very low TDS in RO water is considered bad for health as it may remove many vital minerals from water.

What to Eat
Citrus fruits like Oranges, Sweet lime, Lemon, Grapefruit, Kinnow etc.
Consumption of green vegetables is safe.
Drink a good quantity of water per day at least 50ml/KG body weight. 
Maintain Health Body weight and exercise regularly. it reduces the stone formation and even helps in natural expulsion of stones.
What Not
Avoid Refined sugars (शक्कर) and Carbohydrates (मैदा), Dry Fruits, Chocolates, Excess Tea/ Coffee), Tobacco Product, Gutkha and Supari, Carbonated drinks (Cold Drinks).
BEER AND ALCOHOL DO NOT HELP IN STONE REMOVAL. IT CAN CAUSE DEHYDRATION AND RESULT IN SERIOUS KIDNEY COMPLICATIONS.
Reduce consumption of red meat and increase plant proteins and lean proteins in the diet.
Beer For Kidney Stones?
is it advisable to consume Alcohol if you have Kidney  Stones?
BEER AND ALCOHOL are dangerous for patients with kidney stones as IT CAN CAUSE DEHYDRATION AND RESULT IN SERIOUS KIDNEY COMPLICATIONS like kidney infection and sepsis.
Alcohol consumption is neither good for health nor for Kidney stones.
Even Carbonated Drinks (Cold Drinks) are high on Sugar and are not good for Kidney stone Patients
